North Tonawanda residents outraged over changes to terrace parking restrictions

NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) — People living in the city of North Tonawanda are outraged. What use to be a convenient parking place for many is now off limits.
“People that do not have curbs are allowed to park on the terrace and people that have curbed streets are not,” said Arthur Pappas, Mayor of North Tonawanda.
