Norfolk Ave. shooting victim identified

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)-  Buffalo police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred at 6:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
Police responded to the scene in the 300 block of Norfolk Ave and located Nigel Fisher, 32, of Buffalo, deceased at the scene.
