Nichols School hosts Challenge Cup

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Here in western New York, children with developmental disabilities hit the ice.
Nichols School hosted the second Challenge Cup Monday night as the Buffalo Shamrocks skated with the Buffalo Thunder.
The Thunder, founded in 2008, is part of the Western New York Special Hockey Association.
The team is made up entirely of players with special needs.
