Niagara Falls motorcyclist arrested for aggravated DWI

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) — A motorcyclist found himself in handcuffs after police say he was riding while more than twice over the legal limit for alcohol.
Thomas C. Hauck, of Niagara Falls, was stopped by state troopers Wednesday. They say he failed a field sobriety test and then registered a .19-percent blood alcohol level.
The 46-year-old faces numerous charges, including aggravated driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding.
