Niagara Falls man faces weapons charges over alleged baton

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Niagara Falls man is facing weapons charges after being pulled over for allegedly having heavily tinted windows.
Kevin L. Green was arrested when police say they discovered he was in possession of a metal expandable baton in a holster.
Green was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and issued a traffic ticket.
