Niagara Falls man accused of drinking while driving without a license

TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) — A man is facing felony charges after police in the City of Tonawanda say he drove drunk without a license on Sunday morning.
Niagara Falls resident Freddy Barrett, 48, was pulled over by police after they say he was driving on the wrong side of the road on Hill St.
When police started talking to him, they say he showed signs of intoxication. Police asked him for his driver’s license, but his response was “I don’t have one,” they say.
