Niagara County Head Start to open later than expected

 BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- The government shut down Niagara County Head Start in June and a new organization was selected to take over. The Community Action Organization of Erie County told News 4 programs will start about two weeks later than expected.
Some parents said it’s caused them to choose a different pre-K program.
On July 1, the Community Action Organization got approval to take over Niagara County Head Start. Administrators told News 4 they immediately filled out paperwork
