NHL expands to Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, N.V. (WIVB) – The NHL has officially announced that the league will expand to Las Vegas starting the 2017-18 season, after the NHL Board of Governors voted in approval earlier.
The team will play in the Pacific Division of the Western Conference, and will play at the recently-opened T-Mobile Arena, which can hold 17,368 people.
