New York State Sheriffs' Association fires back at Gov. Cuomo over COVID-19 comments

In the statement, the organization says sheriff's offices across the state have been fielding calls from citizens worried about how the 10-person limit will be enforced. It says the sheriffs "do not have the resources nor the legal authority" to enforce that rule.
