New skate park coming to Niagara Falls

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB)- Local skaters will soon have a new place to hit the pavement.
The Tony Hawk Foundation recently gave $10,000 to the city of Niagara Falls to support the Niagara Falls Skate Park Project.
The project has been a community-driven initiative from the start and has been in the works for several months.
Since the Foundation started in 2002, it’s awarded $5.2 million to public skate parks around the country.
