New drug charges filed against former cop

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) – Federal prosecutors filed drug charges against a former Niagara Falls police officer Tuesday, about a month after Niagara Falls police charged the officer and two other suspects in a narcotics sting.
Stephanie Costanzo, 28, was initially arrested on November 9, after an undercover detective bought narcotics allegedly from Costanzo’s boyfriend, then obtained a search warrant leading to their home, where drugs, drug paraphernalia, and cash were recovered.A
