BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Erie County has a new top prosecutor, and he is says it is the dawning of a new day in the District Attorney’s office.
Now that former District Attorney Frank Sedita has been sworn in as a State Supreme Court Justice, the line of succession has elevated Sedita’s former First Assistant DA, Michael Flaherty—an 18 year veteran–to Acting District Attorney.
