New DA takes closer look at Barry Moss death

EVANS, N.Y. (WIVB)- Erie County’s new District Attorney is taking a closer look at the hit and run death of Barry Moss in the Town of Evans.
On his first day on the job, Michael Flaherty assigned his assistant District Attorney Michael Finnerty to have a conference call with Evans Police detectives to review details of the case from two years ago.
