New blueprint for Outer Harbor’s future calls for open, green space

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Local leaders have high hopes for the future for the Outer Harbor. The new blueprint for the Outer Harbor was formally submitted to the Erie Canal Harbor Development Corporation’s board at a meeting Wednesday morning.
