Near-death experience is music to his ears

ONEONTA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Tony Cicoria was living a normal life. Things were solid both personally and professionally.
But in the summer of 1994 the unexpected happened.
In the blink of an eye everything changed when he was struck by lightning near a pay phone. He had just taken his face away from the phone to hang up.
