National Grid planning to raise rates

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — It might cost you more to keep the lights on at home.
A plan by National Grid would raise electricity rates by as much as 11 percent over the next three years.
That means if you pay $50/month, it could go up to more than $55.
The state’s Public Service Commission could approve the plan next month.
