Murder charge vacated after man spends 19 years in prison

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A man who spent 19 years in prison had his murder conviction vacated in Erie County Court Friday morning.
Cory Epps had been serving time in Attica Correctional Facility for a murder he was convicted of in the 1990s.
