Mother facing charges in Orleans County missing persons case, toddler in U.S. Marshal’s care

ORLEANS COUNTY, N.Y. (WROC) – Family says that Alexandra L. Finnefrock, 24, and 2-year-old son Joseph Theo Williams were found safe in Rochester on Tuesday.
Finnefrock and Joseph were reported missing from Orleans County Monday evening. Finnefrock had been last seen 4 p.m. July 6 at her father’s residence on Fancher Road in Holley. The family said that they hadn’t heard from her since.
The U.S. Marshal Service says that the two were located around 8:30 p.m. on Bay Street.
