Morning crash causes delays

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — An early morning accident caused delays during the morning commute.
A car flipped over on the Niagara St. ramp going onto I-190 southbound.
The crash happened after 8:30 a.m. It took crews an hour to reopen the road.
It is not clear if anyone was injured.
