BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A missing vulnerable adult alert has been canceled for 68-year-old Jay Neal. Neal is described as a 5-foot-7 male weighing 130 pounds, with blue hair and brown eyes. He was last seen walking on Main Street in the City of Buffalo wearing a red shirt, black pants, and blue shoes.
