Missing Teen Found Safe

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- Buffalo Police have located a 17-year-old boy who was reported missing Sunday evening.
Police say Andrew Sumner, who has special needs, was missing from the Cazenovia Park area.
He was found safe and sound just before 10 p.m. near Seneca Street and Elk Street.
