Missing plane located in Northern PA

KEATING TOWNSHIP, PENNSYLVANIA (WIVB) — Investigators have located a plane that had been missing for nearly 24 hours.
According to a spokesperson for the McKean County Dept. of Emergency services, the plane was travelling from Richmond, Virginia to St. Catherines, Ontario, Canada with three passengers on board.
