Missing 13-year-old from Buffalo located

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Police in Buffalo have located a missing teen.
News 4 was informed Thursday morning that Monai Seay, 13, was located.
It is not clear how long she was missing or where she was missing from.
