Memorial service held for Kenmore native killed in Fla.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Family and friends are remembering a western New York native who lost her life in Florida last month.
A memorial service for Lindy Dobbins was held at St. John the Baptist Church in Kenmore Friday for the slain wife and mother.
Police say Dobbins got in the middle of a domestic dispute that ended as a double murder.
Her loved ones describe her as kind and caring, and weren’t surprised that she was trying to help her friend during the dispute.
