McDonald’s encouraging families to turn off their phones

SINGAPORE (WIVB) — McDonald’s wants you to turn the “phone off and fun on.”
It’s part of a push to encourage talking with others while eating.
The company even introduced lockers for smartphones at its Singapore branches.
The campaign targets families, but anyone can use the lockers free of charge.
McDonald’s is deciding whether to expand the service.
