Mayor Sean Ryan issues first executive order of term

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- Mayor Sean Ryan at 10 a.m. on Monday will be issuing his first executive order as mayor. Ryan is expected to prohibit federal immigration law enforcement from using City of Buffalo resources. The signing can be streamed in the video player above.
