Mayor announces next steps to improve Niagara Street

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Crews began paving Niagara Street Saturday as part of an ongoing $28.7 million redevelopment project.
“The Niagara Streetscape Project: Niagara Square to Ontario”, began last year to improve a 4.5 mile stretch of Niagara Street. Paving is part of the first phase of improvements.
