Massive Peace Bridge overhaul awarded, planned out

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A massive project that will furnish a $186 million revamped Peace Bridge between the United States and Canada has been awarded to the lowest bidder.
New York’s Peace Bridge Authority announced the contractor that will complete the $80.5 million American portion of the project as American Bridge Company. Officials say they’ve worked on a number of bridges in the northeast and may make a great choice due to their resume including two bridges in Canada.
