Man who fatally struck baby on Moselle St. sentenced

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Prosecutors say three people were struck by a vehicle operated by a driver high on marijuana this past June. One of them, a 7-month-old girl named Nyree Greene, was killed.
The driver, D’Andre Turner, 43, was sentenced to 1.5 to three years in jail on Monday morning. He was driving on Moselle St. while two women were walking with the baby at the same time. The women were the baby’s mother and aunt.
