Man pleads guilty for shooting in Tonawanda in September

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man has pleaded guilty in connection to a shooting in Tonawanda that left another man injured, the Erie County District Attorney's Office said Friday.Joel Brown, 45, admitted to shooting a 36-year-old man on Kenmore Avenue in Tonawanda on the afternoon of Sept. 9. The man was taken to ECMC to be treated for injuries to his hand and lower torso.
The investigation determined hat the shooting was due to a dispute involving money. Brown was at-large for over a
