Man killed in Chautauqua County crash

ELLERY, N.Y. (WIVB) — A man from Stockton died in a Friday night crash that could lead to charges against a driver.
Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to County Road 380 and Stockton Road shortly after 9:00 p.m., where two cars hit each other.
One driver, identified as Charles Clutter, 22, of Stockton, died at the scene.
The other driver, identified as Jude Gagliano, 29, of Lakewood, was flown to Hamot Hospital in Erie, Pennsylvania for treatment.  Deputies say he
