Man dies in his sleep while jailed in Niagara County

LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) — A man being held at the Niagara County Jail died in his sleep, according to the county Sheriff’s Office.
No one is sure what caused Dejuan Hunt II to die, but the 25-year-old was supposed to appear in court on Monday.
Hunt was arrested earlier this month on a charge of third-degree sexual abuse.
The Niagara Falls man was under investigation for a July incident when he was accused of sexually assaulting a woman at NCCC in August.
