Man charged with promoting prostitution, rape in Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A team of investigators with Amherst Police and Homeland Security teamed up to arrest a Buffalo man who now faces charges of rape and promoting prostitution.
Officials say 29-year-old Randon Moultrie had been under investigation for several months after police caught onto what they called an enterprise he ran utilizing adult sites and social media to solicit women as prostitutes.
