Man charged with lumber yard thefts

ELMA, N.Y. (WIVB) — A West Seneca man has been charged with stealing building supplies from an Elma company.
Deputies went to 84 Lumber on Sept. 29 after it was noticed that supplies had been stolen overnight.
Surveillance photos from cameras on the company’s buildings were given to authorities, who later identified Matthew Barker, 28, as the suspect in the theft.
Barker, a probation subject, was charged with grand larceny and criminal trespassing before he was arraigned an
