Man charged with hit-and-run while attempting to fix damaged SUV

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Friday hit-and-run crash on Grand Island Boulevard left a man and his 9-year-old daughter injured, sparking a search across western New York for the driver.
