Man arrested for not completing construction work

MIDDLEPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) – State Police report that Joseph Ferrante of Sunbilt Living was arrested and charged with grand larceny and scheming to defraud.
Police say that last October Ferrante was hired to build a seasonal room and was paid over $8,500. However, no work was completed and no refund was issued, they say.
Ferrante, 72, of Lancaster, was arrested and charged with felony grand larceny and felony scheme to defraud. He is due back in court on October 8, 2015.
