Man arrested for allegedly pouring beer down teen’s backside while tailgating

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Bills fan caught performing a lewd act while tailgating is now in trouble.
Mohamed Dhali, 25, of Lackawanna, was arrested Wednesday morning. Police say he poured beer down the exposed backside of a 17-year-old woman before a game last month.
