Man accused of causing crash, threatening men with shotgun

FRENCH CREEK, N.Y. (WIVB) — Deputies with the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office made two arrests in relation to an accident in French Creek.
Authorities who responded to a crash scene on Marks Corners Rd. Wednesday night say they found Nathan Babcock, 34, pointing a shotgun at two men who got into a vehicle accident.
Before deputies arrived, they say Babcock chased the vehicle and caused the accident. Once the crash occurred, deputies say Babcock took a shotgun from his vehicle
