M&T Bank doubles paid maternity leave

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- M&T Bank recently unveiled a new policy geared toward working families.
The bank is following suit of major tech companies like Facebook, Google, and Apple by upping its paid maternity leave.
Right now, about 400 employees are using short-term disability for their maternity leave, but starting Jan.1, 2016 that will change.
