Major highways close down due to snow, accidents

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — New York State Police say a jack knifed tractor trailer is blocking all lanes of the I-190 SB.
The vehicle is between Exits 6 and 7. No one was injured.
All traffic was rerouted to exit at Oak St.
