Mail carrier will donate kidney to a stranger

That’s what Kim Zielkiewicz told us during a brief stop on her east Aurora mail route. She’s been putting in more hours than usual before her surgery to donate a kidney to a man she doesn’t even know.
“I call her my heaven sent angel because I mean really she is.” said the kidney recipient, Bob Parczewski.” She’s gonna save my life.”
