Lockport police plead for public help after shooting

LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) — Officers in Lockport are asking for help from the public after officers say someone fired a round into a home.
Police say they rushed to Washburn St. and Ashley Pl. to respond to shots fired just after 11 a.m., but found nobody injured. Residents of a home say their house was struck by a bullet, however.
Now police are working to learn what prompted a gunman to fire on a house with people inside. Anybody who witnessed the shooting or may have information is ask
