Lockport man charged with rape, strangulation and sexual abuse

LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Lockport man is behind bars after police in Niagara County say they completed an investigation into alleged rape.
Police say they arrested Craig R. Mullett, 21, on Monday evening after completing their investigation into allegations of rape, strangulation and sexual abuse.
