Local woman, 23, charged with beating 4-year-old

ALBION, N.Y. (WIVB) — A local woman is facing felony charges after police concluded an investigation into child abuse.
Police say they arrested 23-year-old Jennifer Bradley after they received reports from Child Protective Services about abuse of a child. Investigation led New York State Troopers to conclude Bradley caused injury to a 4-year-old by assaulting the child on Aug. 26.
