Local man charged with threatening bank on phone

LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) — After receiving a threat on the phone, a Lockport bank reached out to police for help.
Officers say they were able to track the phone call down to a local man nearly two months later. Police arrested Richard D. Brady, 35, on Feb. 11, after he allegedly made the call in December.
Police did not specify what Brady threatened, but said he’ll face charges of second degree aggravated harassment.
Due to an outstanding parole warrant, Brady was committed to jail
