Local man, 20, charged with three counts of second degree rape

ELLERY, N.Y. (WIVB) — A judge sent a 20-year-old Jamestown man to jail on Friday after police completed an investigation into alleged rape.
Police say they investigated multiple instances of a sexual relationship between 20-year-old Justin Putt and an underage female. Jamestown Police worked with the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office into the alleged actions that reportedly took place in Ellery.
