Local dispensaries prepare for business

AMHERST, N.Y. (WIVB)- News 4 first met Buc Williams in mid-November.
The father of 10-year-old Tommy was waiting for emergency access to medical marijuana for his son, who suffers from severe epilepsy.
Since Gov. Cuomo signed the Emergency Access bill, Williams has yet to receive the drug.
