Local developer eyeing iconic Mickey Rats

ANGOLA, N.Y. (WIVB) — Earlier this summer, as Mickey Rats was hosting its biggest bash of the summer on July 4th, managers and patrons were asked about rumors that the iconic southtowns beach spot was up for sale.
At the time, most everyone scoffed, saying business was good and it would be business as usual for the foreseeable future.
It turns out, however, Mickey Rats might be on the auction block.
