LIVE STREAM: Rep. Higgins calls on DOT for action during Skyway closure

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Rehabilitation work on the Skyway will close the right lane of the eastbound side from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. starting Monday.
