Lancaster Trustee Sugg announces run for NYS Assembly

LANCASTER, N.Y. (WIVB) — Village of Lancaster Trustee Russell Sugg has thrown his hat in the ring for a spot in the New York State Assembly.
The Republican candidate made the announcement at Lancaster Village Hall Tuesday morning. He was joined by Erie County Republican Chairman Nick Langworthy.
Sugg seeks to fill a chair in the 143rd District that will be vacated by Assemblywoman Angela Wozniak following the end of her term.
